This Return, Refund & Cancellation Policy (“Policy”) governs purchases made through

1. RETURN POLICY
1.1 Eligibility for Returns
Customers may request a return within 7 (Seven) calendar days from the date of delivery,
subject to the following conditions:
- Product must be unused, uninstalled, and in original condition.
- Original packaging, labels, accessories, manuals, and invoice must be intact.
- Product must not have been tampered with, altered, or installed.
Installation of any plumbing or sanitary product automatically voids return eligibility.
1.2 Mandatory Unboxing Video (Damage Claims)
For transit damage, missing items, or incorrect product claims, customer must provide a
clear unboxing video and relevant photographs. Failure to provide video proof may result in
rejection of claim.
1.3 Non-Returnable Items
- Installed or used products
- Custom orders
- Bulk orders
- Special procurement items
- Products damaged due to improper installation
- Clearance or promotional sale items (if marked non-returnable)
1.4 Inspection & Approval
All returned products will undergo quality inspection. Return approval is subject to
condition verification. PlumbKart reserves the right to reject returns not meeting criteria.
2. REFUND POLICY
2.1 Refund Approval Process
Refunds shall be initiated only after successful inspection and approval.
2.2 Refund Timeline
Approved refunds will be initiated within 5–7 business days from inspection approval.
2.3 Refund Deductions
Deductions include shipping charges, reverse logistics costs, COD handling charges,
payment gateway fees, and RTO charges where applicable.
2.4 Failed Delivery / RTO Cases
In case of incorrect address, refusal to accept, or non-response, applicable shipping and RTO
charges will be deducted before refund.
3. EXCHANGE POLICY
Exchange requests must be raised within 7 calendar days from delivery.
Product must remain unused, uninstalled, and in original packaging.
Exchange subject to availability.
Price difference settlement applicable where relevant.
4. CANCELLATION POLICY
Orders may be cancelled only before they are marked as 'Shipped'.
Once dispatched, cancellation is not permitted.
Special procurement and bulk orders cannot be cancelled once confirmed.
5. WARRANTY & MANUFACTURER CLAIMS
After installation, return requests are not valid.
Manufacturer warranty claims shall be governed by brand policy. PlumbKart may assist but
is not responsible for manufacturer decisions.
6. FRAUD PREVENTION
PlumbKart reserves the right to reject returns in case of suspected misuse or excessive
return history.
7. GOVERNING LAW & JURISDICTION
This Policy shall be governed by laws of India.
All disputes shall be subject to exclusive jurisdiction of courts located in Darbhanga, Bihar.
