Shipping charges

• Free shipping across India, with no minimum order value.
• Free shipping is currently a promotional offer. In future, Plumbkart may introduce shipping charges and a fixed minimum order value for free shipping. Any change applies to orders placed after it is announced on this website.
• Cash-on-Delivery (COD) orders: a handling fee of ₹50 applies.

Processing and delivery

• Orders are typically processed within 1–3 business days.
• Estimated delivery: Metro & Tier-1 cities 3–7 business days; Tier-2 & Tier-3 cities 5–10 business days; remote areas 7–12 business days.
• Tracking details are shared on WhatsApp once the order is shipped.
• Plumbkart is not responsible for delays due to courier services or unforeseen circumstances.
