PlumbKart is a brand name operated and owned by Shree Mahadev Traders, a
proprietorship firm registered in India. All transactions on www.plumbkart.in are legally
undertaken by Shree Mahadev Traders.
2. Acceptance of Terms
By accessing or using this website, you agree to be bound by these Terms & Conditions
along with our Privacy Policy, Refund & Cancellation Policy, Shipping & Delivery Policy, and
Warranty Policy.
3. Eligibility
User must be at least 18 years old and must provide accurate and complete information.
Misrepresentation may lead to suspension and legal action.
4. Product Information & Installation Disclaimer
Images are for representation purposes only. Plumbing products may require professional
installation. Shree Mahadev Traders shall not be liable for improper installation, incorrect
fitting, leakage due to wrong threading, damage during installation, misuse, or wear & tear.
Installed products are strictly non-returnable unless covered under manufacturer warranty.
5. Product Color & Appearance Disclaimer
Due to photography lighting, device resolution variation, or batch manufacturing
differences, actual product color or finish may vary slightly. Such variation shall not qualify
as defect or ground for refund.
6. Measurement & Compatibility Responsibility
Customers are responsible for verifying size, thread type, compatibility, tank capacity, and
pressure rating before ordering. Incorrect compatibility orders may not qualify for return.
7. Pricing & Technical Errors
Prices are listed in INR (₹). GST applicability will be mentioned. We reserve the right to
cancel orders due to technical errors, pricing glitches, or stock mismatch. Refunds will be
processed to the original payment mode.
8. Order Confirmation & Acceptance
Order confirmation email does not constitute final acceptance. Orders are confirmed only
upon dispatch. Suspicious orders may be refused.
9. Payment Terms
Accepted payment modes include UPI, Debit/Credit Cards, Net Banking, and COD (where
available). We are not liable for payment gateway downtime or bank authorization failure.
10. COD Protection Policy
COD orders may require confirmation. Repeated rejections may result in permanent COD
ban. Logistics costs may be recovered in case of fake orders.
11. Shipping & Risk Transfer
Delivery timelines are estimates. Risk transfers upon successful delivery as per courier
tracking confirmation.
12. Return, Refund & Damage Claims
Claims must be raised within 48 hours of delivery. Unboxing video is mandatory for damage
claims. Products must be unused and in original packaging. Installed or seal-broken
products are non-returnable. Refund timeline: 5–10 working days after inspection.
13. Anti-Fraud & Misuse Policy
We reserve the right to verify orders, deny fraudulent refund claims, restrict suspicious
users, and initiate legal action where necessary.
14. Limitation of Liability
Maximum liability shall not exceed the purchase value of the product. We are not liable for
indirect damages, business losses, installation-related losses, or force majeure events.
15. Website Availability
We do not guarantee uninterrupted website access and shall not be liable for downtime due
to technical issues or maintenance.
16. Intellectual Property
All website content including logo, graphics, descriptions, and product listings are property
of Shree Mahadev Traders. Unauthorized reproduction is prohibited.
17. Governing Law & Jurisdiction
These Terms are governed by Indian law. Jurisdiction: Courts of Darbhanga, Bihar.
