Shipping & Delivery Policy

This Shipping & Delivery Policy (“Policy”) forms an integral part of the Terms & Conditions
of Shree Mahadev Traders (“PlumbKart”, “we”, “us”, “our”). This Policy is framed in
accordance with applicable Indian laws including the Consumer Protection Act, 2019 and
the Consumer Protection (E-Commerce) Rules, 2020.
1. Order Processing & Dispatch Timeline
• All prepaid orders are processed within 24–48 working hours after payment confirmation.
• Orders placed after 3:00 PM IST shall be processed on the next working day.
• Working days exclude Sundays and public holidays.
• Dispatch timelines may vary during peak seasons, promotional campaigns, or due to
unforeseen operational constraints.
2. Shipping Coverage
• We deliver across serviceable pin codes within India through third-party logistics
partners.
• If a pin code is found non-serviceable after order placement, the order shall be cancelled
and refunded within 5–7 working days.
• PlumbKart reserves the right to refuse shipment to certain remote or high-risk locations.
3. Estimated Delivery Timelines
• Metro & Tier 1 Cities: 3–5 working days from dispatch.
• Tier 2 & Tier 3 Cities: 4–7 working days from dispatch.
• Remote locations: 5–10 working days from dispatch.
Delivery timelines are estimates and not guaranteed. Delays due to courier operations,
weather conditions, strikes, regulatory restrictions, or force majeure events shall not render
PlumbKart liable.
4. Shipping Charges
• Shipping charges are calculated at checkout based on order value, weight, and delivery
location.
• Free shipping, if applicable, is subject to minimum order value as displayed on the
website.
• PlumbKart reserves the right to modify shipping charges without prior notice.
5. Cash on Delivery (COD) Orders
• COD availability is subject to pin code eligibility.
• COD orders may require telephonic or WhatsApp confirmation prior to dispatch.

• In case of refusal, incorrect address, or repeated delivery failure, PlumbKart reserves the
right to restrict future COD orders.
• Re-shipping of returned COD orders shall be subject to additional shipping charges.
6. Delivery & Acceptance
• Customers must ensure availability at the delivery address.
• Orders may require signature or OTP-based confirmation.
• Risk of loss transfers to the customer upon successful delivery.
7. Damaged, Missing or Tampered Products
• Customers must inspect packages at delivery.
• Any damage, tampering, leakage, or missing item must be reported within 24 hours of
delivery.
• A clear unboxing video and photographs of packaging and product are mandatory for
claims.
• Claims reported beyond 24 hours may not be entertained.
8. Partial Shipments
• In case of stock unavailability, PlumbKart may dispatch available products first and ship
remaining items separately.
9. Order Cancellation
• Orders may be cancelled before dispatch.
• Once dispatched, cancellation is not permitted.
• Refunds for cancelled orders shall be processed within 5–7 working days to the original
payment method.
10. Return to Origin (RTO)
• Orders returned due to incorrect address, non-acceptance, or unavailability shall be
classified as RTO.
• Re-dispatch shall be subject to additional shipping charges.
• Repeated RTO instances may result in account restrictions.
11. Plumbing & Home Improvement Product Disclaimer
• Certain products such as faucets, CP fittings, CPVC/UPVC items, and installation-based
products require professional installation.
• PlumbKart shall not be responsible for damage arising due to improper installation,
mishandling, or incorrect usage.
• Customers are advised to verify product specifications prior to purchase.
12. Force Majeure
PlumbKart shall not be liable for any delay or failure in performance resulting from events
beyond its reasonable control including natural disasters, acts of government, strikes,
transportation disruptions, or pandemics.

14. Policy Updates
PlumbKart reserves the right to amend this Policy at any time without prior notice. Updated
versions shall be effective upon publication on the website.
