• Avoid abrasive cleaners, steel wool, or acidic cleaners like vinegar directly on chrome — these damage the chrome plating
• Use a mild soap solution on a soft cloth; dry immediately after cleaning
• If the tap drips, check and replace the ceramic cartridge — do not overtighten the handle as this cracks the disc
• In hard water areas, a soft cloth dampened with water is sufficient for daily maintenance — avoid limescale removers on chrome
